Closer generates draft business proposals from the information you provide. Output is a starting draft: you are responsible for reviewing it and for what you send to your clients.

You must give a valid email and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person or business per account.

Don't use Closer for unlawful, deceptive or abusive content, don't attempt to break or overload the service, and don't resell access without our agreement.

The free plan includes a limited number of proposals. Pro is prepaid for the period you choose (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and does not auto-renew — access simply ends when the period does unless you buy another.

Payments are handled by Platega. Because Pro unlocks unlimited generation immediately, prepaid periods are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If something goes wrong, email us.

You keep all rights to the briefs you enter and the proposals you generate. You grant us only the permission needed to process and store them so the service works.

Proposals are generated by an AI model and may contain errors or invented details. Review every proposal before sending. We don't guarantee any specific business result.

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months.

You can stop using Closer and delete your account anytime. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Contact: info@closer.best.
