This policy explains what Closer ("we") collects when you use closer.best, why, and the choices you have. Questions: info@closer.best.

What we collect

Account: your email address, and a password hash if you set one. If you sign in with Google, GitHub or Telegram we receive a verified identifier and, where available, your name.

Content you enter: the client briefs, service descriptions and instructions you type to generate a proposal, and the proposals we generate for you.

Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a cookie storing your interface language. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use it

To run the service: create your account, generate and store your proposals, and let you export or share them.

To contact you about your account: email confirmation, password resets, sign-in codes, and — if you opt in — a notice when a proposal finishes generating.

To take payment for a Pro subscription and keep it active.

Who we share it with

AI provider: the text you submit for generation is sent to our language-model provider (OpenAI) solely to produce your proposal.

Payments: subscription payments are processed by Platega; we do not receive or store your full card details.

Email delivery: transactional emails are sent through our email provider.

Sign-in providers: only if you choose Google, GitHub or Telegram login.

We do not sell your data or your client briefs, and we do not share them for advertising.

Shared proposal links

If you publish a proposal to a public link, anyone with that link can view it. The link is not indexed by search engines, and you can revoke it at any time from your dashboard.

Retention

We keep your account and proposals until you delete them or ask us to close your account. You can delete any proposal from your dashboard at any time.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data. Email info@closer.best and we will action it. You can also change your default language, notifications and two-factor settings yourself in the app.

Security

Passwords are stored hashed, connections use HTTPS, and optional two-factor authentication (authenticator app or email code) is available in your settings.
